Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (Private Duty Caregiver)

Part‑time hours available. 12‑hour day shifts on Sundays and Mondays. Pay rate: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour. Ideal candidates have 2 years of in‑home health care experience, every‑other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday), willingness to travel up to 60 miles, and ability to work in multiple homes if applicable.

• Provide compassionate, one‑on‑one patient care in the patient’s home.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Promote personal safety and create a safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60 miles.
• Current hands‑on BLS certification and TB test.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of in‑home health care experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current state licensure maintenance and liability/malpractice insurance (if applicable).
