* As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health of our patients through compassionate, evidence-based care. Working collaboratively with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

This part-time day shift position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment committed to exceptional clinical care.

** What You'll Do*
* + Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors that influence health and recovery.

+ Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized plans of care based on patient needs, clinical judgment, and established standards of practice.

+ Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, professional standards, and state nursing practice regulations.

+ Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols while monitoring patients for therapeutic response and adverse reactions.

+ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

+ Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and positive health outcomes.

+ Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in clinical status, and respond appropriately.

+ Accurately document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.

+ Delegate and supervise patient care activities, when appropriate, to support quality outcomes.

+ Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment focused on patient-centered care.



** Qualifications*
* ** Required*
* + Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

+ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

+ Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Windows-based applications

+ Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team

** Preferred*
* + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

+ One or more years of acute care hospital experience

+ EKG competency, as required by the assigned unit

** Preferred specialty certifications may include, but are not limited to:*
* + CCNS

+ TNCC

+ CCRN-E

+ ONS

+ SCRN

+ IBCLC

+ PEARS

+ S.T.A.B.L.E.

+ ABLS
