Travel Director of Nursing – DON, RN

• Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents according to physician orders and residents' total needs
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator
• Travel to facilities in St. Louis, Springfield, and Kansas City, Missouri

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
• Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Two years of experience in a DON role required
• Fire and passion for working with seniors

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Required to travel to facilities in St. Louis, Missouri;
  Springfield, Missouri; and Kansas City, Missouri

Demonstrates expertise in managing Nursing Services and ensuring quality care for residents, with a strong focus on communication and leadership in a long-term care environment. Holds a valid Registered Nurse license and possesses significant experience in a Director of Nursing role.
