Lead all store operations to ensure standards and best practices are met;
Recruit, hire, train and develop Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates;
Manage merchandising processing, stockroom, front end and sales floor to ensure timely delivery of merchandise;
Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall store performance; schedule staff to meet business objectives;
Ensure a safe, secure environment and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining Ross brand standards
