This role is for individuals who excel in team leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence. You will manage daily store operations, staff, and ensure consistent quality and profitability.

• Manage all cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations during your shift.
• Lead staff by setting the example and maintaining 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, and operational standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and uphold the company’s brand image.
• Support profitability goals and work collaboratively with the team to meet targets.
• Develop and train team members for future growth within the organization.
• Assure punctuality and reliability in attendance.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.

• Management experience preferred.
• Must be available at least two of the three days in a week (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Open availability for shift scheduling.
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to operate all store equipment and handle food preparation safely.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Accurate math and monetary change handling.
• Proficient in verbal, written, and telephone order processing.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
• Keyboard and touchscreen order entry.
• Map navigation and location skills within designated delivery area.
• Delivery ability in adverse terrain while carrying product.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions while delivering or performing outside tasks.
• Store temperatures ranging from 36° to 90°+.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces up to 500°.
• Work in cramped and cool spaces, such as walk‑in coolers and small storage areas.

• Stand, walk, and sit during various tasks.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Carry, push, and pull trays and boxes.
• Climb stairs or ladders for maintenance or delivery.
• Reach above 72" and perform bending, stooping, and squatting as needed.
• Operate a delivery vehicle responsibly.
