Our client is seeking a Retail Deposit Officer to provide leadership and strategic direction for the retail banking division. This position is ideal for a banking professional with strong retail deposit expertise and a proven background in retail banking leadership. The successful candidate will have experience managing retail operations, driving deposit growth, and developing high‑performing teams across multiple locations. They will be responsible for leading the bank’s retail delivery strategy, focusing on customer growth, retention, deposit acquisition, service excellence, and overall branch performance.
A key component will be in coaching branch managers and retail staff to help them strengthen business development efforts and enhance customer relationships.
