Job Description

Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer. Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, maintaining or changing displays, and becoming an ambassador for world‑famous brands.

Brands include Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
, and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of primary location (Kansas City, KS). Secondary locations:
  Mission, KS;
  Shawnee, KS.
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; start by 7:30 am.
