The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist is responsible for engaging oncology specialists and key oncology customers within a specified geographical area, including academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts, to support the launch of our Multiple Myeloma product. The role focuses on presenting clinically focused selling messages, building revenue, and meeting product goals while demonstrating initiative, drive, and independence. Account management and compliant selling skills are essential.

Typical Day May Include The Following
  • Engage oncology experts and key customers within the assigned geographic area to deliver clinically focused selling messages supporting a bispecific agent for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, growing brand share and revenue.
  • Facilitate partnership with regional directors, territory‑based account specialists, reimbursement specialists, and other collaboration partners to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop strategies aligned with brand and corporate objectives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
  • Execute market profiling activities to understand regional and local health‑care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities with accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron oncology account team, including supporting contracting and pull‑through activities.
  • Build relationships across each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges, and identify approved Regeneron oncology resources that match customer needs.
  • Demonstrate dedication to compliance through understanding regulations and policies governing customer interactions and consistently ensure adherence to them.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
    Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum five years of successful oncology sales experience, with preference for hematology‑oncology.
  • Buy‑and‑bill experience with biologics required.
  • At least three years of experience working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
  • Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
  • Strong understanding of the hematology‑oncology therapeutic area and the current oncology marketplace.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to coordinate activity across individuals in different reporting structures.
  • A passion for science and a proactive learning aptitude for disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
Salary range (annually)

$158,950 – $220,000 (annual)

Salary Range (annually) – Canada

$154,600 – $198,600 (annual)
