Security Officer Customer Service Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response support appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help control access, verify credentials, and report unauthorized activity in accordance with site policies.;
Support healthcare location operations by assisting with directions, de-escalation when appropriate, and timely reporting of hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
