Execute preventive maintenance and repair tasks across restaurant equipment and systems;
Maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and basic to intermediate repairs;
Conduct basic HVAC support such as changing air filters and belts and system cleaning;
Perform basic plumbing tasks including caulking and sealing as needed;
Cross-train to support Restaurant Leader or Area Facilities Team as needed
