Job Title

Fed Ex Pick up & Delivery Driver – Competitive pay, monthly bonuses, well‑maintained vehicles, and home for dinner!

QIC is a contracted service provider with Fed Ex and offers a Full‑Time or Part‑Time Fed Ex Pick up & Delivery Driver position in the Western Shawnee & Lenexa area. The role involves delivering a wide variety of packages to businesses and residential homes while driving a well‑maintained Fed Ex Ground vehicle. Shift schedule is Day Shifts with options from 1–5 days per week, including weekend only shifts.

Lenexa Hub (8000 Cole Pkwy, Lenexa, KS) or Olathe Hub (22525 W. 167th St., Olathe, KS).

Use a GPS system to locate and deliver packages. Follow safety and DOT regulations. Perform pre‑trip inspections and ensure efficient truck loading. Load and unload packages, including those up to 150 lbs, with assistance from dollies or teammates as needed. Complete routes by 5:00–5:30 pm, with potential to finish earlier. Maintain time and safety standards.

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• No CDL required
• Background check, no felony, misdemeanor, or DUI; drug test compliant with DOT; DOT physical
• Reliable, self‑initiated, good communication and customer service, high initiative
• Experience in delivery or driving preferred but not required; paid training provided

Monday to Friday: $20–21/hour. Weekends: daily rate plus PTO and bonus pay. Part‑Time or Full‑Time availability. Pay includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
