Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. The fleet consists of 1,900+ trucks equipped with newer equipment and operates through a network of over 50 distribution centers nationwide, providing one‑day shipping to 95% of the United States.

• Load and secure products from the Medline facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.
• Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck between the Medline facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
• Abide by Medline’s safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment and performing safety checks.
• Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to customers, addressing questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding necessary adjustments to the delivery route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued use.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Valid Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) for Class B license if required by state.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

Salary Range: $17.75 - $25.75 per hour (actual salary varies by location, education, experience, skills, and abilities). Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
