Purchasing Assistant / Inventory Control

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Purchasing Assistant / Inventory Control Assistant for a company in Chandler, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organization skills, communication abilities, and office experience.

$16.00 – $18.00/hr

Pay may be higher depending on experience and skill set

Full-time position

Monday–Friday (typical office hours)

• Follow up on purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely processing
• Act as a liaison between purchasing and warehouse operations
• Track and monitor inventory usage and supply levels
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders and delivery status
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general office needs
• Fill in for other office staff as needed during absences
• Maintain accurate records and support daily administrative operations

• Previous office, purchasing, inventory, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with computers and basic office systems
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Willingness to assist in multiple areas as needed
