• 100% outpatient clinic setting; labs and imaging available
• Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
  • NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Provider will see new and established patients
• Patient focused support staff

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Oklahoma
• Experience highly preferred
