Middle School Principal

Dale Public Schools is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as Middle School Principal (Grades 5-8). The successful candidate will provide strong instructional leadership, support a positive school culture, and work collaboratively with staff, students, families, and the community to promote academic achievement and student growth. Responsibilities include overseeing daily school operations, implementing district initiatives, supporting teacher development, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications Teaching Certificate with Elementary and Secondary Principal endorsements.
