One of our great clients would like to hire an Engineering Manager full-time.
Summary- The current Engineering Manager is being promoted to another role.
- This position will oversee a team of approximately 10 employees and requires a strong people leader who can effectively manage both projects and personnel.
- Also open to candidates who are currently Supervisors or Team Leads who have successfully led teams and are ready to take the next step into management.
- 5+ years of engineering and leadership experience.
- 2+ years of aerospace industry experience.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in engineering, mechanical design, or similar.
- Direct managerial experience leading and directing a team.
- Proficient in the use of CAD design and analysis tools.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office software, and experience with MS Project a plus.
- Ability to take periodic travel required to support customer onsite meetings and reviews, both domestic and international. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
