As a Member Service Representative
, you will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient and courteous member service and process accurate teller transactions. Cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and strategic goals of the credit union. This position serves as a front-line contact for most member dealings at the credit union.

Rotation:
Monday-Friday and some Saturdays;

Must be available to work 7:45am for earliest shift - until 6:15pm on latest shift; some Saturdays 9am-12pm.

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-selling.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday thru Friday and rotating Saturdays.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At lease 1-2 years of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
• Prior cash-handling experience strongly preferred.
