Salary: $19 to $21 per hour DOE

What You'll Do:

Master the Night:
Post and balance room, restaurant, and bar charges while preparing daily revenue reports and ensuring flawless financial operations. Be the Go-To Expert:
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a welcoming smile, making every interaction memorable. Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Audit front office systems, address discrepancies, and reset for the next day. Problem-Solving Pro:
Resolve computer issues and make adjustments to maintain financial accuracy. Champion Guest Happiness:
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Be the Overnight Hero:
Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the security and safety of guests, staff, and property. Drive Excellence:
Train new Night Audit staff and maintain exceptional standards for our team and property.

Your Day-to-Night

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing daily financial reports with precision.
• Balancing accounts and ensuring all discrepancies are addressed.
• Engaging with guests to provide local recommendations and handle inquiries.
• Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby.
• Participating in safety committees and upholding security standards.

• Exceptional knowledge of accounting operations and financial systems.
• Quick with numbers and experienced with 10-key calculators.
• Strong computer skills and a knack for solving technical issues.
