Alpha is hiring a Career Coach to run one-hour life-skills workshops and oversee 1:1 motivation sessions for K-8 students. You will use Coachbot analytics to push learners to 100% of weekly app goals while maintaining a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Role is full-time and on-site at one of Alpha's campuses. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years working with K-8 students; relocation support is provided for selected locations.
