About Us:

• Sell and service personal lines policies (auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella) to individuals and families
• Analyze client needs, cross-sell relevant coverage's, and up-sell value-added products
• Quote, bind, and issue policies; process endorsements and renewals
• Maintain and grow a book of business; meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional service, risk assessment, and claims support as needed
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance agency.
• Licenses:
  Property & Casualty License in the state of Oklahoma
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations
• Proven sales track record and ability to prospect, quote, and close
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-service skills
• Tech-savvy: experience with agency management systems and online quoting tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented with strong organization skills
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
