Environmental Services​/Custodial Manager

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Manager 1 for SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee, OK.

The EVS Manager will oversee second-shift operations, leading environmental services teams that support patient discharges, ancillary departments, and cleaning services for eight off-site clinics. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance, and foster a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, customer-focused, and experienced in environmental services, housekeeping, or custodial operations within a healthcare or similarly complex environment. Strong leadership, staff development, and operational management skills are essential for success in this role.

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce

• experience leading, training and supervising a team
• customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;
• strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;
• experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
• proficiency with computers and other technology;
• ability to speak Spanish would be helpful in managing this workforce, but is not required;
• a valid driver's license
• ability to work Monday
  - Friday, 2nd-shift; with weekend and holiday rotation.

Minimum Education Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
