Position: Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1
** Role Overview*
* Sodexo is seeking an
** Environmental Services (EVS) Manager 1
** for
** SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee, OK.*
* The EVS Manager will oversee second-shift operations, leading environmental services teams that support patient discharges, ancillary departments, and cleaning services for eight off-site clinics. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance, and foster a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, customer-focused, and experienced in environmental services, housekeeping, or custodial operations within a healthcare or similarly complex environment. Strong leadership, staff development, and operational management skills are essential for success in this role.

** What You'll Do*
* + be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;

+ provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

+ lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;

+ effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or

+ support a diverse and inclusive workforce

** What You Bring*
* + experience leading, training and supervising a team

+ customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;

+ strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;

+ experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;

+ proficiency with computers and other technology;

+ ability to speak Spanish would be helpful in managing this workforce, but is not required;

+ a valid driver's license

+ ability to work Monday - Friday, 2nd-shift; with weekend and holiday rotation.
