Join our dynamic team as a Millwright Mechanic in a non-climate controlled manufacturing plant. You will work with large machinery such as Level Winds, Breakdown Blocks, a 3000-ton Lowey extrusion press, Pilger Mill, Annealers, Air Compressors, Billet Gas-fired furnace, Induction Coils for heating billets, chillers, water pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic pumps. Your role will involve performing all necessary mechanical maintenance and welding for these machines.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance and welding on large industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure machinery operates smoothly.

Work Environment
This role involves working in a non-climate controlled manufacturing plant. You will initially train on the day shift for 6-8 weeks before transitioning to off-shifts. Work hours are divided into three shifts: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), Monday to Friday, with occasional work on Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
