Production Assembly, and Fusion Tech Associates

Schedule

• 1st shift 5am-3:30pm
• 2nd 3:30pm-2:00am

• 1st shift: $15 an hour
• 2nd shift: $17 an hour

We are seeking reliable and motivated Entry-Level Assemblers, Production and Fusion Tech Associates
, to join our manufacturing team. These positions are ideal for people who enjoy hands‑on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required — we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Perform basic hand tool use (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.)
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety rules and report any hazards or issues
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Assist with material handling, machine loading, or general labor tasks as needed.

No experience required — manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
