UFP Industries in Shawnee, OK is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead and coordinate the site's CI initiative and drive lean enterprise results.
You will establish and champion the plant’s Continuous Improvement Team, facilitate VSM and Kaizen events, identify waste, prioritize solutions, and standardize improvements. You will train and mentor employees, track progress with regular reports, and collaborate across functions to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
