Assist the Supervisor in the coordination, facilitation and motivation of the activities of all assigned employees to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, cost, lean and efficiency goals. This is a 3rd Shift position, working Monday through Thursday, 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Ensure compliance with Danfoss safety initiatives and regulations, including eye safety, hearing conservation, machine guarding, ergonomic practices, lockout/tagout, SDS procedures, OSHA requirements, and Environmental Health & Safety programs.
  • Support Engineering Labor Standards, Quality Standards, and other Danfoss policies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a lean culture philosophy.
  • Assist the Supervisor in planning and managing personnel, technology, and materials; support meetings (safety, start-up, 2nd tier, Continuous Improvement Team, etc.); and contribute to performance evaluations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with peers, supervisors, and engineers to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, standard work compliance, and achievement of departmental, plant, division, and corporate goals.
  • Provide employee coaching, training, and skill development; lead by example to build a cohesive, improvement-oriented team and maintain a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Review PC boards, audit standard work, assist in assessing and diagnosing production-related issues, meet supervisor-established standards, and perform other related duties and assignments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years’ manufacturing or repair experience in similar manufacturing/production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Drive for results
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completed Vocational School training, which includes comparable experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands for tools and small components
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs regularly
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull and perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to stoop, kneel and crawl for certain tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Works in a production environment where inattention could cause injury

This is a safety sensitive position.

This position is classified as Safety-Sensitive under the Oklahoma Standards for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Act.
