We’re seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a part‑time role, conducting non‑invasive, hands‑off assessments in the comfort of our clients’ homes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the personalized, high‑quality care they deserve.

No hands‑on care required – Focus on conducting assessments, care planning, and quality checks—no bedside or physical care involved. Meaningful work – Help older adults age with dignity and independence, providing peace of mind to their families. Autonomy and variety – Work independently in the community, visiting clients in their homes. • Conduct initial and ongoing in‑home client assessments
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on client needs
• Provide oversight and guidance to caregivers to ensure quality of care
• Monitor client progress and make recommendations for continued service or adjustments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations and agency standards

• Current Oklahoma RN license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and a genuine passion for elder care
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home visits
• Previous home health, hospice, or geriatric nursing experience a plus—but not required
