Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care

Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct medical-surgical care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols.

• Applying standards of nursing practice to enhance patient care and quality of life through systematic evaluation.
• Establishing effective relationships with patients and families to develop personalized care plans.
• Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors in care management.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team and advocating for patients' needs.
• Educating patients and families on health maintenance and comfort measures.
• Mentoring colleagues and applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
• Performing point-of-care testing and other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
• Valid RN license in applicable states with BLS certification.
• No prior experience required.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care activities.
• Ability to perceive visual and auditory cues essential for patient safety.

• Work in day shift hours.
