Electrical Technician (8 Openings) – Shawnee, OK – Full Time – Multiple Shifts Available

We're seeking 8 skilled Electrical Technicians to join a leading manufacturing facility in Shawnee, Oklahoma. If you have experience maintaining industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting PLCs, and supporting automated production equipment, we'd like to hear from you.
Available Shifts- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Final shift assignments will be based on business needs.
What You'll DoAs an Electrical Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment while minimizing downtime and supporting safe manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Install, wire, and upgrade electrical systems and automated controls
- Troubleshoot and program Allen‑Bradley PLC 500 and 5000 systems
- Maintain AC/DC drives, motors, VFDs, relays, control panels, and industrial automation equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and repair records
- Follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
- Support planned shutdowns and respond to emergency equipment failures
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance
- Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
- Hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs
- Experience troubleshooting AC/DC drives, motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, industrial automation systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Preventive and predictive maintenance experience
- Root cause analysis experience
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA safety standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
- Work at heights using ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts while utilizing fall protection
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call‑ins when required
