We are a rapidly growing company that changes people’s lives for the better. We support our communities and the Boys and Girls Club, and we value leadership as influence. Join us to help our members achieve fitness goals by running the Planet Fitness group fitness program PE@PF, designing simple workout plans, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

• Ensure equipment is maintained and handle minor repairs.
• Keep the club super clean.
• Recruit new and current members for fitness classes.
• Assist the front‑desk team with welcoming, checking in members, tours, enrollment, and other club duties.
• Show leadership by being positive, passionate, and encouraging members.

Shift times vary; openings may include any operational hour, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum age 18.
• Passion for helping others.
• National certification in training.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment with ability to demonstrate its use.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other related tasks.
• Reliability and on‑time dependability.
• Fluency in English;
  Spanish bilingual helpful.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

$9 – $15 per hour.
