Salary & Compensation

• Expected Annual Earnings: $78,000+
• Base Pay: $0.60 CPM (Average 2,500 miles/week)
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,500
• Stop Pay: $25 per stop (after the 1st stop; excludes origin/final)
• Detention Pay: $30 per hour (after 2 hours from appointment time)

Join our dedicated fleet hauling freight for Hobby Lobby stores. All loads are preloaded out of Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers predictable weekly home time for your 34-hour reset, 100% no-touch freight, and a steady routine with a dedicated fleet manager.

• Home Time: Weekly. Spend the week on the road and complete your 34-hour reset at home on the weekends.
• Operating Area: Primarily within a 750-mile radius of Oklahoma City. Occasional routes to Ardmore, OK;
  Flower Mound, TX;
  Houston, TX; and Aurora, CO.
• Workload: Average of 3 loads and 3–6 stops per week.
• Hours: Deliveries are completed during daytime hours; however,
  overnight driving is required to reach delivery locations on time.
• Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight.

• Equipment & Tech: Dispatched via Samsara or phone; daily communication with fleet managers is required.
• Punctuality: On-time performance is critical. Departure times must be strictly met.
• Flexibility: Drivers may occasionally haul backhauls to assist other fleets.
• Note:
  
  Drivers cannot take loads or trailers home.

• Time off is granted on a first-come, first-served basis (2-week notice required).
• Peak Season: Runs May through October. Due to high volume, no time off is permitted during peak season except for verified emergencies.

• Location: Minneapolis, MN or Appling, GA
• Duration: 3 days (Monday – Wednesday)
• Perks: Paid orientation, all meals provided, and paid travel (flight, bus, or gas reimbursement).

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience: Must have at least 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years (must be verifiable through a motor carrier).
• Location: Must live within 60 miles of Oklahoma City, OK.
