Landmark Landscapes is hiring experienced Foremen and Operators to lead landscape construction and hardscape crews across Eastern Wisconsin.

We’re looking for hardworking leaders who take pride in quality work, know how to keep crews moving, and aren’t afraid of long days outdoors.

Pay: $28+/hour with strong upside based on experience and leadership.

• Lead landscape construction crews
• Operate equipment and keep jobs on track
• Build patios, retaining walls, planting projects, grading, and drainage systems
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity
• Train and support crew members

• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
• Landscape construction or hardscape experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 80 lbs.
