Electrical Engineer

Job Requirements

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Electrical Engineers provide technical expertise in design, development, testing, troubleshooting, field support, and installation of specified equipment.

• Install, start up, and commission converting equipment
• Travel to customer locations as needed
• Perform product testing (powering up and check‑out) and troubleshoot to certify converting equipment for customer acceptance
• Contribute to design and layout of converting equipment electrical components and systems
• Assess electrical component requirements and create BOMs
• Implement electric component control programs for PLC, HMI, motion, and message display
• Assist with coordination of assembly operations during equipment construction

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline; or equivalent academic and practical experience
• Strong analytic skills to troubleshoot equipment/processes and implement solutions
• Ability to utilize complex software for design, problem solving, and documentation
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to collaborate among a team

• Work a full day on a computer
• Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
• Use hand tools and testing equipment
• Occasionally climb a ladder and maneuver into tight spaces
• Work in an environment that is loud and without air conditioning during commissioning or problem‑solving
• Wear personal protective equipment (safety shoes, glasses, ear protection)

Must travel for company business up to approximately 20% international and domestic travel.
