Clinical Educator

Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice is an independent, non-profit organization established in 2007 with a mission to provide compassionate care and enhance the quality of life for those in need. The hospice offers support wherever patients call home, including private residences, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and its Inpatient Center located in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Serving Calumet, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, and Washington Counties, Sharon S.

Richardson Community Hospice is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals and families during challenging times.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Educator based in Sheboygan Falls, WI. The Clinical Educator will develop and deliver educational programs, oversee training initiatives, and provide clinical instruction to staff. The individual will work closely with the clinical team to implement evidence-based practices and support continuous learning. Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date on advancements in care and fostering a culture of professional development and exceptional patient care.

• Expertise in Clinical Education and Training methodologies
• Experience in Critical Care Medicine and general Medical practices
• Strong proficiency in conducting Research to support evidence-based practice
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and engage in team collaboration
• Nursing or healthcare professional licensure, such as RN or related qualification
• Familiarity with hospice care and end-of-life support services is preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation processes
• Demonstrated commitment to compassion and patient-centered care
