Network Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in a hands‑on contract role with strong potential for long‑term engagement. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of our enterprise network infrastructure while driving continuous improvements across networking platforms and operations.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled networking professional with deep expertise in Cisco technologies and a strong track record of independently troubleshooting complex network issues. While this is not a CCIE‑level role, it requires an engineer who can confidently perform deep technical investigations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in complex environments.

• Provide hands‑on network support, including day‑to‑day troubleshooting, break‑fix activities, and issue resolution.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Perform root cause analysis for network outages, performance issues, and recurring incidents.
• Support and enhance Cisco‑based networking environments, including routing, switching, and software‑defined networking solutions.
• Leverage automation and monitoring tools to improve network reliability and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and recommend improvements to network architecture and processes.
• Work independently to investigate complex technical challenges and drive issues through resolution.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support organizational initiatives and business objectives.
• Document configurations, troubleshooting processes, and technical recommendations.
