New openings with a large manufacturing plant in Sheboygan Falls WI. We are looking for CNC machinists for our location. We’ll consider a CNC machinist with some experience in editing programs with the ability to do moves and changes.
Multiple openings on 2nd shift and one opening on 1st shift, 1st shift hours are typically 5 am- 1:30 pm, with some flexibility with start/end times. Some machinists choose to come in at 4 am, and some choose to come in at 6 am.

Position Summary
The CNC Machinist is responsible for the timely and accurate manufacture of parts to print specifications using a variety of machining centers. This role also supports machine maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC and manual machine tools
Manufacture parts according to print specifications and tolerances
Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and specifications
Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
Perform dimensional checks on all diameters and critical features
Safely operate overhead cranes to move large materials and parts
Maintain machine shop equipment and work areas
Train and support other team members on proper and safe equipment operation
Collaborate with team members to proactively solve problems
Perform routine machine maintenance
Assist in developing more efficient manufacturing procedures
Deburr parts when production schedules allow
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of CNC machining experience
Strong working knowledge of Mazatrol or similar CNC software
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
Strong math skills, including geometry and metric conversions
Effective oral and written communication skills
Experience using precision measuring tools
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands
Use of foot controls for machine operation
Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Required PPE: safety glasses and safety shoes
CNC and production manufacturing equipment
Micrometers, gauge blocks, height gauges, verniers
Hand tools, wrenches, and computer-assisted software
Manufacturing/factory setting
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles
Loud noise environment
