Co-pack Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Description: The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment that co‑pack canister‑style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety‑conscious environment.

Position: Machine Operator

Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: 1st‑Shift;
Monday - Thursday; 5:30AM - 3:30PM

Pay: Starting rate: $21.00 per hour; up to $25.30 per hour with additional training.

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start‑up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
• Position is Product Security Sensitive and Safety‑Sensitive; must prevent introduction of unmanifested cargo into outbound shipments.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

• Previous experience with machines or heavily‑automated environments.
• Troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
