The Co-pack Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic sorting, cutting, shrinking, assembling, labeling, and palletizing equipment that co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.
What You’ll Do- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Accurately complete required production documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
- Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
This position is designated Safety-Sensitive.
What We’re Looking For (Required)- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
- Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.
- Previous experience with heavily automated environments or general production.
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
