Description: The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking, and labeling equipment that co‑pack canister‑style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package the hard surface disinfectant product. The position works in a clean, consistent, and safety‑conscious environment.

• Position: Machine Operator
• Location: N5252 Co Rd TT, Sheboygan Falls, WI
• Shift: Weekend Day Shift;
  Friday – Sunday; 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Pay: Starting rate: $23.33 per hour; includes an additional 4‑hours of straight pay; up to $27.22 per hour through additional training & shift premiums
• FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start‑up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
• Product Security Sensitive: Manage outbound shipments with required security standards.
• Safety‑Sensitive: Ensure all activities maintain safety for self and others.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.

• Previous experience with machines, heavily‑automated environments, or general production.
• Strong troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
