Description
The Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trailers, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull internal shopping lists when necessary. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety conscious environment.

N5252 Co Rd TT, Sheboygan Falls, WI - Shift: Rotating 1st Shift; 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Pay:
Starting rate $21.00 per hour. Up to $25.65 per hour after additional training. - FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do- Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.
- Stand for long periods, get on and off the forklift consistently and safely, bend, reach, grab and twist.
- Accurately complete required documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
- Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Attend dock meetings for team and company communications.
- Product Security Sensitive – This position has contact or influence over outbound shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
- This position is designated as Safety‑Sensitive, which requires a high level of care to avoid threats to safety.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
- Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous material handling experience.
