Johnsonville Riverside facility seeks an Assistant Food Safety & Quality Coordinator to own FSQ decisions, ensure HACCP compliance, disposition issues, and regulatory alignment in a ready-to-eat sausage plant. You will collaborate with Operations and support teams, drive process improvements, participate in audits, and help launch new products while building a proactive quality culture.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 1–2 years in quality leadership preferred; SAP/quality systems a plus.
