** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical manufacturing location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, process areas, storage yards, loading and unloading points, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions that could impact operations.

+ Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify credentials as required, and direct visitors and contractors according to site procedures and hazard communication requirements.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders when needed.

+ Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, document unusual occurrences, and communicate key information during shift transitions.

* + Client requires proof of high school diploma and/or GED.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
