Overview

Precision Pro Construction is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join a growing residential/light commercial construction company in Sheboygan Falls, WI, USA. The position is full‑time, on‑site, with a mid‑term timeline (3–4 months) and a high likelihood of permanent full‑time work as projects allow. The role requires attention to detail, pride in quality craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of the construction process and all associated trades.

• Perform carpentry tasks with excellent craftsmanship.
• Work on a crew of 2–4 people.
• Ensure the job site is safe, clean, and secure.
• Understand project requirements and provide input on the construction plan.
• Read and interpret building drawings.

• At least five years of carpentry experience in residential remodeling or new construction (preferred, but not required).
• Willingness to be flexible with changing job requirements.
• Understanding of a wide range of trades including rough carpentry/framing, roofing, siding, masonry, and finish carpentry.
• Strong preference for experience with interior finishes, drywall work, and tile installation.
• Valid driver license.
• Basic hand tools and certain small power tools required; other tools are provided.
• Light dress code applies; no smoking on job sites.
