Pay Range: $34.43/hr - $44.62/hr

Hours:

5:00am – 1:30pm, Friday‑Sunday (On average 24 hours a month)

You will be directly involved in the Reliability and Maintenance of the equipment and processes used to produce our great‑tasting sausage. The role includes maintaining current equipment, applying Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques, and collaborating with engineers and production members on upgrades and innovations.

• Apply RCM techniques to improve performance of a variety of production equipment
• Perform maintenance of utility equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on various production and utility equipment and apply RCA techniques to eliminate future problems
• Work on projects (e.g., machining, fabrication, capital projects, and collaboration with outside vendors)
• Help gather information to create technical equipment data for preventative maintenance development in SAP
• Assist with new equipment installation and/or equipment relocation
• Maintain facilities and equipment to meet Meadowside, OSHA, and U.S.D.A. standards
• Participate in teams that implement ideas to improve uptime through equipment modifications, layout adjustments, and general machine maintenance
• Demonstrate high motivation and high expectations
• Conduct preventive maintenance of all plant equipment
• Improve uptime through machine modification, layout adjustments, and general machine maintenance
• Maintain all utility areas in a neat/orderly fashion

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Basic electrical experience/understanding required (PLCs a plus). Willingness to learn is essential
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, steam generation (boiler) a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Basic computer skills required
• Proficiency in English as required by business necessity

• Ability to pass a pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screen, physical, and background check
