Pay: Starting rate: $22.00 per hour. Includes a $1.00 per hour shift premium. Make up to $26.65 per hour through additional training.

Job DescriptionThe Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trailers, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull internal shopping lists when necessary. The position works in a clean, consistent, and safety conscious environment.

What You’ll Do- Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.
- Operate forklifts safely, standing for long periods, bending, reaching, grabbing, and twisting as required.
- Accurately complete required documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes.
- Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Attend dock meetings for team and company communications.
Product Security Sensitive: The position has contact or influence over outbound shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
Safety‑Sensitive: The position requires safety-sensitive status as an inability to perform job tasks could pose threat to safety.
What We’re Looking For (Required)- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab, and twist.
- Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous material handling experience.
