Body Shop Technician -
Sheboygan Auto Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicle body parts and complete vehicle bodies according to factory and dealership specifications. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Repair damaged vehicle body parts and bodies to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform refinishing work, including surface preparation, priming, and spray painting
- Use hand tools, power tools, and spray painting equipment safely and effectively
- Complete dealer prep work as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Previous body shop or collision repair experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and refinishing processes
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required

Qualifications- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have own tools
- Grade 12 with auto body & collision damage repair certificate OR 3 years of practical knowledge within an auto body repair facility
- ASE Credentials , Preferred
