Sheboygan Auto Group is hiring a Certified Automotive Technician / Master Technician with strong diagnostic and repair experience. If you're looking for stability, growth, and a team-first culture — this is the opportunity.
What You'll Do:- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
- Perform work efficiently according to dealership standards
- Use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and equipment
- Complete repair orders accurately and thoroughly
- Perform quality inspections before returning vehicles to customers
- Communicate with service advisors regarding repairs and recommendations
- Test drive vehicles and verify repairs
- ASE Certification and/or OEM certification preferred
- 3+ years of dealership or automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of modern vehicle technologies
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- $80,000–$120,000+ earning potential
- Flat rate with consistent hours and strong workflow
