Key Responsibilities- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to maintain project momentum.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and drive progress.
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Represent the project in owner and stakeholder meetings as the senior field leader.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or senior superintendent role.
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($100M+ preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
- OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety credentials a plus.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools is highly desirable.
