Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week for Non-Local Candidates)
Completion Bonus: $150/month

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | 40 Hours Per Week
Join a general contractor supporting excavation and concrete operations on an Amazon warehouse construction project in Sheboygan, WI. This role provides hands‑on field safety support for active site development and concrete construction activities while partnering with project supervision and craft personnel to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
The Construction Field Safety Representative will maintain a strong field presence, monitor high‑risk construction activities, and help ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements.
Required Qualifications- OSHA 30 Construction Certification
- Experience supporting excavation and concrete construction operations
- General contractor safety experience
- Amazon or large distribution center construction experience
- Competent Person - Excavation & Trenching
- Heavy civil or site development experience
- CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
- Provide daily field safety support for excavation and concrete operations
- Maintain a visible field presence alongside craft personnel and project supervision
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, field observations, and hazard assessments
- Monitor excavation, trenching, concrete placement, and reinforcing activities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Support excavation protective systems, access/egress, and spoil pile management
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Monitor heavy equipment operations and material handling activities
- Communicate safety concerns and corrective actions to project leadership
- Maintain safety documentation, inspections, and compliance records
- Promote safe work practices through coaching and employee engagement
- Help foster a proactive safety culture throughout the project
