Service Consultant

- Job Summary

As a Service Consultant, you will own the customer experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact for vehicle owners and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience. You will be knowledgeable about product offerings, service recommendations, technician scheduling, and inventory needs. From greeting customers upon arrival to clearly explaining repair processes and timelines, you will act as a trusted advisor and service professional.

We welcome candidates who are new to the automotive industry and bring experience from customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or the restaurant industry. If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the flow of the drive lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
  • Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or by phone, to prevent mishandling and ensure seamless communication.
  • Clearly explain repair processes, timelines, and recommendations to customers.
  • Manage and maximize the daily inventory of technicians’ time to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Distribute repair orders effectively and efficiently among technicians.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding vehicle status updates.
  • Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely repairs.
